This Privacy Policy applies to SignScape, an internal AI mockup tool operated by AFCultures. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

We may collect the following categories of data when you use SignScape:
- Account information from Google login (email, account ID, profile name).
- Uploaded assets (logo files, optional design inputs, generated images).
- Usage and audit data (role, quota usage, generation timestamps, actions).
- Technical data for security and troubleshooting (IP, request logs, error logs).
3. How We Use Data
We use collected data to:
- Authenticate authorized users and enforce role-based access.
- Generate signage mockups and store generated results.
- Enforce quota limits and prevent abuse.
- Monitor service quality, security, and operational performance.
4. Data Sharing
SignScape may send prompt content and images to AI and cloud infrastructure providers used by AFCultures (for example, Google AI and Supabase) solely to deliver service functionality. We do not sell personal data.
5. Data Retention
We retain account, usage, and generated image records as needed for internal operations, audit, quality control, and business continuity. Retention periods may be updated by AFCultures operational policy.
6. Security
We apply access controls, server-side key handling, and role restrictions to protect data. No system is fully risk-free, but we continuously improve safeguards.
