By accessing or using SignScape, you agree to these Terms of Use and any internal AFCultures policies that apply to your role or account.
2. Authorized Use
SignScape is provided for authorized business use only.
- You must use a valid approved account.
- You must not share account access or attempt privilege escalation.
- You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.
3. Account and Access Controls
AFCultures may assign roles, enforce quotas, activate/deactivate users, and suspend accounts to protect system integrity and commercial operations.
4. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for uploaded logos, prompts, and generated outputs used in your workflow, including ensuring you have proper rights to submitted content.
5. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated previews are provided for visualization purposes and may require human review before production, fabrication, or customer delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
The SignScape platform, branding, and underlying tooling remain the property of AFCultures and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights.
7. Service Availability
AFCultures may modify, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time, including model configuration, quotas, and storage behavior.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFCultures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of SignScape.
